Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders from our UK warehouse within 5 working days (Monday–Friday). During busy periods and sales events, dispatch may take longer.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched:

• Standard delivery: 2–4 working days.
• DPD Express: 1–2 working days.
• Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands: Please allow an additional 1–2 working days.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Evri services do not guarantee delivery within 24 hours.
