Independent Reader 25% Off Promotion – Terms and Conditions 

The promoter is Noted Aromas Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11481284, with its registered office at 378–380 Deansgate, Manchester, England, M3 4LY (“Noted. Aromas”, “we”, “us” or “our”). 

The promotion begins at 00:00 GMT on 1 November 2026 and ends at 23:59 GMT on 31 December 2026, or earlier if the redemption limit in clause 8 is reached.  

Orders placed before or after the promotional period, or after the redemption limit has been reached, will not qualify for the discount.  

The promotion is intended for readers of The Independent shopping on the Noted. Aromas UK website at notedaromas.co.uk. 

Orders must be placed through the UK website for delivery to a valid UK address. 

Enter the promotional code GIFT25 at checkout during the promotional period. 

The code must be entered correctly before the order is submitted. The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to an order that has already been placed. 

The code provides 25% off all single fragrances, including 5ml, 50ml and 100ml sizes. 

The discount applies to the price of eligible products only and does not apply to delivery charges. 

The promotion does not apply to: 

The code may be used once per customer. 

The code cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, promotion or offer. 

The promotion is limited to the first 200 orders that successfully redeem the code across all customers. Once this limit has been reached, the code will no longer be accepted at checkout.  

Noted. Aromas may, at its discretion, increase the redemption limit.  

All products are subject to availability. Adding a product to the basket does not reserve it. 

Standard delivery charges and delivery thresholds apply. 

Orders are subject to our published Christmas delivery cut-off dates. We cannot guarantee delivery before 25 December for orders placed around those dates.  

Noted. Aromas reserves the right to reject or cancel an order, or remove the discount, where we reasonably believe that the promotional code has been misused, used more than once by the same customer, or used in breach of these terms. 

When determining whether the code has been used more than once, we may consider information including the customer account, email address, payment method, billing address and delivery address. 

Noted. Aromas reserves the right to suspend, amend or withdraw the promotion before the end of the promotional period where we reasonably believe it is being subject to misuse or abuse, or where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary. 

The promotion ending early because the redemption limit in clause 8 has been reached is not a change to the promotion.  

Any change will not affect orders already accepted before the change takes effect, except where an order has been placed in breach of these terms. 

These promotional terms apply alongside the standard Noted. Aromas Terms of Sale, delivery information and returns policy available on notedaromas.co.uk. 

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to orders placed using the code. Any refund will be for the amount actually paid after the discount was applied.  

Nothing in these promotional terms affects your statutory rights.
